Friends & Family Test

The Friends & Family Test is a patient survey carried out by all healthcare providers in England. Every provider asks the same questions:

Please can you tell us why you gave your answer?

Patients have the opportunity to provide a response following each visit to the practice. Forms are available from the clinician who you had your appointment with, or in the waiting area. Please post your responses in the Friends and Family box provided.

Survey results are published each month here on the practice website and are reported to NHS England.

After responding to the standard Friends & Family Test questions, patients are asked to complete some additional information questions which are optional. 

All comments are then fed back to the Practice Team and the Patient Participation Group with a view to making improvements where this is appropriate.
