Our receptionists are the first point of contact for patients. Their reception duties include:

• Appointments
• Dealing with patient enquiries
• Repeat prescriptions
• Answering the telephone
• Scanning & data input
• Contacting patients as necessary
• Dealing with incoming mail & reports
• Administering recalls for regular checks
• Other general administrative duties

Gavin works four days a week at the practice. He does medication reviews and helps make sure our patients are always on the best, most up to date tablets.
